We currently have an opportunity for an Integrated Quality Solutions Product Specialist 

Job description 
As a IQS product specialist you will be the key person to execute and support activities for the Atlas Copco Integrated Quality Solutions offering comprised of ToolsNet 4000/8, Atlas Copco Software Solutions (formerly known as Synatec), Exporters(QDAS, QWX), and QIF products. Your mission is to ensure sustainable profitable growth in line with the Motor Vehicle Industry, General Industry and Fabrication & Maintenance Business Lines strategies.
 
You will be part of the Marketing team and report directly to the IQS Product Marketing Manager. 
Your main responsibilities will be to: 

  • Create, execute and follow-up a launch plan to introduce IQS solutions.
  • Drive and support sales to ensure targets are met in-line with the launch plan.
  • Create and maintain a business plan for your respective product line.
  • Think outside the box to create unique value propositions comprising of bundled Atlas Copco and/or third party products with focus on total cost of ownership.
  • Continuously update your knowledge for current and future market trends including competitor analysis, as well as develop business cases for new product and product features development.
  • Maintain strong working relationship with Division/Product company to drive new development requests, and to provide and receive updates on product launches and marketing activities.
  • Drive marketing activities such as trainings, hands-on, development of marketing material, competitive product functionality and price positioning.
  • Learn how your product can best be applied to customer applications, documenting and sharing best practices. 
This position requires extensive travelling in US and occasionally to Europe.
 
Experience requirements
 
  • At least 1 year working experience in Marketing teams.
  • At least 1 year working experience in Manual Fastening business.
  • Solid understanding in marketing fundamentals (product, price, place and promotion).
  • Solid understanding in exploring, creating and communicating customer value.
  • Solid knowledge in tightening technique / fundamentals.
  • Basic knowledge in segments and applications in the Motor Vehicle and General Industries.
  • Project management and cross-functional team work. 
Educational requirements
 
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering and/or Marketing.
  • Fluent English. German language is a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word.
