  • Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to customers
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to determine key market targets for opportunities, and key success factors with specific customers
  • Understanding of and skills in MicroSoft Office
  • Experience in B2B sales environment preferred
  • CRM knowledge preferred


  • Drive and support sales to ensure targets are met and in-line with the product launch plan
    • Map business plan and strategy for product growth
  • Identify and map potential opportunities and customers for product sales
    • Customer segments
    • Target customers
    • Target applications
  • Understand industry trends and the impact on sale of product
  • Travel with and perform detailed product demonstrations
    • Extensive travel is required (~75%)
  • Train sales in effective selling tactics for the product
    • Run annual training classroom training in Auburn Hills
    • Identify opportunities for field-based training and complete as needed
  • Manage sales opportunities for product and drive RSMs to bring opportunities to completion
  • Provide regular and consistent feedback to Product Company on product and market situation
  • Create business cases for new product/feature development
    • Using Workfront system and templates
  • Launch new products
    • Following CLP 2.0
  • Develop value propositions and value based sales arguments for the products with focus on total cost of ownership
  • Drive marketing activities such as trainings, development of marketing material, digital marketing activity, competitor analysis, and product functionality
    • Defined in business plan
    • Aligned with business plan guidelines
  • Be the specialist on how the product can best be applied to customer applications, documenting and sharing best practices
  • Take ownership of product issues or delivery issues that cannot be resolved by Service department or customer relations, or need to be escalated to Product Company
  • Work with electronics GKAM to coordinate sales activity at key customer headquarters


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in related field (or equivalent in experience)
  • 3 – 5 years sales or marketing experience, preferably in an industrial setting
  • Must meet criteria defined in Requirements listed above
