We currently have an opening for a Digital Marketing Team Leader in Auburn Hills, Michigan. You must live in the Detroit Metro area. 


 Knowledge of digital marketing trends, strategies, and plan execution

 Experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, using a variety of media

 Experience executing marketing automation strategies (Marketo knowledge a plus)

 Understanding of digital marketing platforms and strategies

 Experience in industrial B2B communications

 CRM platform experience

 Skills with Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator

 Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Digital Publishing Suite experience a plus

 Creative graphic skills, ability to take a concept and develop into a final marketing product

 Excellent communication skills both oral and written

 Strong writing / grammatical and copywriting skills

 Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and SharePoint

 Ability to work independently with little supervision

 Ability to work effectively under deadlines

 Some travel required within the United States and internationally (10-15%)


 Be a leader in the definition of the Atlas Copco US digital marketing strategy, including chosen platforms, proper investment levels, frequency of communications, and targets for results of activities, with a goal of     
     making Atlas Copco US a digital marketing leader in our industry

 Be a global leader in defining the direction of digital marketing at Atlas Copco, interacting with divisional management in Sweden and advising on global strategy

 Using a clear understanding of digital marketing trends, continuously update and improve strategy to maintain Atlas Copco leadership in digital marketing

 Advise on new opportunities or platforms that can be used to expand the reach of digital marketing at Atlas Copco and expand reach to target customers

 Maintain focus on digital marketing activities that will generate actionable leads and opportunities for the business line sales teams

 Develop metrics for digital marketing activities that will measure effectiveness in terms of sales revenue creation, and delivery regular reports on effectiveness of campaigns

Specific digital marketing responsibilities to include:

 Define, manage, and measure marketing automation campaigns

 Definition of SEO and SEM strategy and activities, and management of execution as part of a team

 Definition of social media strategy and activities, and management of execution as part of a team

 Definition of strategy to promote projects, events, and Atlas Copco news through digital channels

 Identification of opportunities for digital content creation, and definition of strategy to maximize impact of existing and created digital content

 Interact with divisional management in Sweden to stay aware of the latest global updates to the website from the product company, and build digital communications around those changes to build awareness and 
     web traffic

 Assist with implementation of Divisional communications and brand strategies

 Adhere to, monitor and enforce Atlas Copco brand guidelines


Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in related field (or equivalent in experience)

3 – 5 years in Marketing Communications field preferably in an industrial setting
