Description/Job Summary


The Zone Manager for MVI (Motor Vehicle Industry) will be responsible for driving, coaching, and managing a geographic sales team in efforts to achieve complete customer satisfaction and profitable growth for all customers in the Zone.

Position will report to the National Sales Manager – MVI.      

Job Description

Main responsibilities for this position will include:

o   Defining sales objectives for the sales force and distribution (where applicable)

o   Determination of market potential and coverage requirements

o   Continuous recruitment of the best, capable sales force and distribution (where applicable)

o   Development, implementation, and execution of sales and coverage strategies in efforts to drive customer satisfaction and profitable growth

o   Mentoring and coaching of the sales team

o   Develop and execute continuous improvement ideas/activities for all MVI sales strategies

o   Accurate and timely forecasting and reporting

Experience Requirements

3+ year’s sales experience in the tooling industry with demonstrated leadership or managerial experience.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required (Business related degree preferred), or equivalent Military background/service.

We are filling a Zone Manager position for MVI US out of Chicago, St. Louis or Dallas however zone reconfiguration will be considered if the best candidate is not able to live or relocate to that zone.
